Sydmore Holdings (Pty) Ltd owns and manages a number of industrial and commercial properties in the Johannesburg area. Properties under management exceed 100,000m² utilized by over 30 tenants. The company also trades in properties, buying and selling according to market conditions. The company operates from one of it’s Elandsfontein premises.

Apart from property management, the company has a private equity division which specialises in investments of a technical nature such as the replication of media for the corporate and entertainment industries, licencing patented domestic appliances and other investments in newly patented technologies.

Sydmore Holdings has an investment in Symodata, a value added reseller of PC hardware and software and manages its own Provident and Retirement Annuity Funds.
